My name is Wil Raemakers and I have held the position of director/owner of TOWA since 2000. I have run the company with great passion for 16 years. Many years ago, I was responsible for automating all the processes at TOWA. So I have a good knowledge of process optimisation and am technically expert in milling, cutting and casting metal.
When I am not working in the company, I can often be found out in the woods on my mountain bike.
My name is Ralph Hoevenaars. I am a certified marketing professional with extensive professional experience. I accepted the position of Marketing & Sales Manager at TOWA in September 2015. My work at TOWA involves initiating new strategies, projects, and improvements within the (sales) organisation.
In addition to my work, I enjoy creatively setting up different forms of (digital) communication.
My name is Dorien Raemakers. As the name suggests, Wil Raemakers is my husband. I mainly focus on the creative side of the company at TOWA. I enjoy sitting down with customers and purchasers to discuss the production of highly diverse creations. Ralph and I often work together to create new products, identify and open up new markets and ensure fulfilment of personalised orders for our customers throughout Europe.
In addition to my work, I enjoy getting involved in creative tasks inside and outside the house.
My name is Carla Caris and I have worked for TOWA in the position of financial administrator since February 2017. I deal with all financial matters in relation to customers, suppliers and other business contacts.
In addition to my work, I enjoy getting out and about with my son!
My name is Lynn Raemakers and I am Wil and Dorien's daughter. In addition to my university course in online recruitment and employer branding, I am responsible for managing the Social Media channels used by TOWA. I also regularly write blogs and am involved in advertising vacancies and the subsequent recruitment and selection process.
In my spare time, I like to take my dog on long walks out in the countryside.
TOWA has operated from our well-equipped Randweg Zuid facility in Budel since 2008. The first stage in our process involves automated production of the basic products using CNC milling machines and waterjet cutting machines. The products then go to skilled craftsmen for final finishing. Our production employees deliver products to our customers all over Europe quickly and correctly on a daily basis.
TOWA was founded in 1972. We are a family-owned business which attaches great value to personal relationships. So at TOWA, you know the person you are talking to at a personal level. We know our partners well and see ourselves as an organisation with short lines of communication. Each employee has his own specific expertise and/or professional discipline.
